Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to purchases from New Delta Europe B.V. via the Rayzr webshop and govern offers, orders, delivery, returns, and after-sales support unless we agree otherwise in writing.
1. Applicability
These terms apply to offers, orders, deliveries, and after-sales support unless we agree otherwise in writing. If a specific product page or written agreement conflicts with these terms, the written agreement or product-specific conditions prevail to the extent permitted by law.
2. Orders and contract formation
An order becomes binding when we confirm it or begin processing it. We may refuse or cancel an order if stock is unavailable, pricing is incorrect, payment fails, or there is a risk of fraud or abuse.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in EUR and are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs and any additional charges are shown before checkout where possible. We accept the payment methods listed on the information page and may require advance payment before shipping.
4. Delivery
We aim to ship in-stock items quickly, but delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by carriers, weather, customs, or stock availability. Risk passes at the time and in the manner required by law, and ownership remains subject to payment where allowed.
5. Right of withdrawal
Consumers generally have a 14 day right of withdrawal from the day after receipt. The withdrawal must be communicated clearly to us and the goods must be returned in accordance with the return instructions on the information page. A model withdrawal form is available by request.
6. Returns and restocking
Returned items must be complete, unused, and properly packaged unless a defect or our error caused the return. We may inspect returns and, where permitted by law, deduct a reasonable amount for diminished value caused by use beyond what is necessary to inspect the product.
7. Warranty and conformity
Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected. If a product is defective or non-conforming, contact us promptly so we can assess repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund in line with the law.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where that would be unlawful, including liability for intent, gross negligence, death, or personal injury. Subject to that, our liability is limited to the extent permitted by Dutch law.
9. Complaints and disputes
Complaints should first be sent to support@vibesta.com. If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, Dutch law applies and the competent Dutch court has jurisdiction unless consumer law provides otherwise.
10. Final provisions
If any part of these terms is invalid, the remaining provisions continue to apply. We may update these terms from time to time; the current version on the website applies to future orders.
Model withdrawal form
To withdraw from the contract, send a clear statement including your name, order number, and the goods you wish to return to support@vibesta.com. You may also use any other clear statement that expresses your decision to withdraw.
